Despite perceptions of an industry wide hiring freeze since the start of Covid, the Insource platform shows active recruitment is still going on in many law firms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n A quick snapshot of two top tier and two middle tier firms showed that between March and November 2020, these firms on average had hired just under 60% as many lawyers as the same time last year. Insource Managing Director Jenn Little commented that \u201cwhile this is only a very quick sample, it is consistent with the feedback I am hearing that while there is an understandably cautious approach to planning for\u00a0 2021, many practice areas are up on 2019.
